After your lesson you can digitally request a certificate from your coach. To do this:

1. Create an account on FCOA.online
2. Complete your profile with a profile picture and a picture of your government ID.
3. Go to "My Certificates" select the certificate you are after and select your coach to approve it. 
4. Once approved you can download the certificate as a PDF file.

FCOA SWIMMER
This certificate is available for any person able to swim 200 meter in a repeatable fashion without standing up or holding on. This certificate can get given out by any FCOA COACH

FCOA FREEDIVER
The passing criteria of this certificate are: ONE: To follow FCOA lesson 1 till 4 and understand all its topics, TWO: To complete a 200 meter no-equipment swim in a repeatable fashion without standing up or holding on, THREE: To pass the FCOA survival float challenge (Mask off and on while survival floating with minimum movement), FOUR must swear to the FCOA divers vow. This certificate can get approved by any FCOA FREEDIVING COACH

FCOA SAFETY DIVER
This is an FCOA FREEDIVER who has also followed FCOA LESSON 5B  "Medic First Aid" (or an equivalent medic first aid course), FCOA LESSON 6 "LINE TRAINING" and is able to perform a rescue from 10 meters in a repeatable fashion. This certificate can get given out by any FCOA LEAD COACH.

FCOA FREEDIVING COACH
This is a FCOA freediver who has passed the FCOA COACH EXAM, has undergone FCOA lesson 1 till 5 witch includes "Coach Training", able to independently conduct FCOA lesson 1 till 4, able to respond to a panicked swimmer in deep water in a repeatable fashion, able to swim 50 meter with the head out of the water while holding a conversation. This certificate can get given out by any FCOA LEAD COACH

FCOA ADVANCED FREEDIVER
This is a FCOA freediver that has completed FCOA lesson 1 till 7 and has accomplished the following minimums: STA 2'30" DYNB 50m DNF 35m CWTB 24m CNF15 m

FCOA FREEDIVING LEAD COACH
This is an FCOA coach who has at least trained 10 FCOA FREEDIVERS under his/her name, has undergone FCOA lesson 1 till 10 and is able to independently conduct FCOA lesson 1 till 10. This certificate can get given out by any FCOA MASTER COACH

FCOA COACH INSTRUCTOR 
This is a Lead Coach who has passed the FCOA coach Instructor exam, able to dive to 20 meter (CWT) able to hold his breath 90 seconds (STA) and able to perform a rescue from 10 meter. This certificate can get give out by any FCOA INSTRUCTOR TRAINER.

FCOA MASTER FREEDIVER
This is an FCOA FREEDIVER who has accomplished the following minimums:

STA 3'30" DYNB 75m DNF 50 m CWTB 34m CNF 25m CWTB 20m Rescue 20m

FCOA MASTER COACH
This is a FCOA LEAD COACH who has passed the FCOA master coach exam and he has participated in at least two 10 DAY FCOA trainings and he has been chosen by at least 2 other FCOA MASTER COACHES.

FCOA INSTRUCTOR TRAINER
This is an FCOA MASTER COACH  Able to dive 40 meter, able to hold breath 4 minutes, able to perform a rescue from 15 meter. This certificate can only get given out by the  FCOA president, vice president or founder.

FCOA JUDGE
This is an FCOA coach with 3 Judge character witnesses who has undergone an FCOA judge development session. His/her first 10 judgements will be under supervision before becoming and independent Judge. This certificate can only get given out by the  FCOA president, vice president or founder.

FCOA SWIM TRAINER
This is a swimmer who under supervision has taught swimming and now is able to teach a non-swimmer till a point that they can swim 200 meters. This certificate can get given out by the any FCOA LEAD COACH. 

FCOA LIFEGUARD 
This is an FCOA FREEDIVER who has passed the FCOA lifeguard exam and also has undergone lesson 5c "Medic First Aid" and lesson 8 "Lost at Sea", able to swim 400 meters with no equipment, able to snorkel 800 meter with mask fins and snorkel, able to tow a tiered diver 100 meter. Able to tie a rope to an object at least 3 meter deep using no equipment. This certificate can get given out by any FCOA COACH or LEAD COACH

FCOA DIVE & SAIL
This is a 2-day program. Sailors can benefit from freediving skills, for example when their anchor gets stuck at 10 meters. Also freedivers can benefit from some sailing knowledge. The program is meant for small sailboats like an optimist but can be conducted from any sail boat. This is a certificate of attendance only. 

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA PROGRAM

The FCOA SCUBA PROGRAM is exclusively designed for FCOA COACH members. It makes a lot of sense to learn freediving before scuba, this adds to safety and assures you start your scuba adventure with confidence. For any level of FCOA SCUBA certificate you can also obtain the equivalent CMAS certificate for an additional 1700 php per certificate. FCOA also offers the SCUBA program as a Remote Verification Training (RVT).

FCOA/ CMAS SCUBA OPEN WATER
This is an FCOA COACH who has completed the:
1. FCOA lesson 1 till 8.
2. Mastered the FCOA mask Challenge
3. Passed the Scuba exam
4. Has a minimum of 4 logged Open Water Dives

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA ADVANCED
This is an FCOA Open Water diver who did 5 additional experience dives and now has a minimum of 9 logged Open Water dives.

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA RESCUE
This is an Advanced Scuba diver who completed his rescue training and has a minimum of 20 dives

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA DIVEMASTER
This is an FCOA SCUBA RESCUE DIVER who completes his SCUBA DIVE MASTER TRAINING with a minimum of 60 dives, able to teach the introduction to scuba diving by him self and able to lead groups of scuba divers.

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA INSTRUCTOR
This is a FCOA SCUBA DIVEMASTER who completed his instructor training with a minimum of 100 dives, able to conduct FCOA SCUBA OPEN WATER COURSES independently.

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR
This is an FCOA SCUBA INSTRUCTOR who also completed his/her training to conduct the advanced SCUBA courses. He/She has certified at least 10 Scuba divers and can conduct Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster courses independently.

FCOA/CMAS SCUBA INSTRUCTOR TRAINER
This is an FCOA SCUBA ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR who has completed his/her INSTRUCTOR TRAINER course, he/she has trained at least 2 Instructors and can further train instructors independently.

FCOA OXYGEN PROVIDER
A person who has been trained to provide emergency oxygen

FCOA SOLO SAILOR
This is an FCOA FREEDIVER who has attended FCOA lesson 1 till 10 and has passed the FCOA SOLO SAILOR exam and has logged a minimum of 10 solo sailing hours.

FCOA SAILING INSTRUCTOR
This is and FCOA COACH, an FCOA SAFETY DIVER and an FCOA LIFEGUARD who has trained at least 5 FCOA FREEDIVERS and who has passed the FCOA sailing instructor exam and who has logged 30 supervised sail teaching hours.
